What is EBSCO Experience Manager?
EBSCO Experience Manager or EEM is being introduced by EBSCO as part of their new User Interface project.
EEM controls settings related to new versions of EBSCO products such as EBSCO Discovery Service and EBSCOHost. It works alongside EBSCO Admin and the majority of functions will continue to be controlled within EBSCO Admin.
You do not currently need to use EEM.
The majority of settings controlled by EEM relate to visual aspects of the Hub and as such the intention is that these will be managed centrally. While you can register for an EEM account you are not required to do so. The Service Desk will have standard requests set up to deal with changes in a similar way to those currently for updating the bottom branding.
