Knowledge & Library Hub Service Desk

We use hosted software called FreshService to manage enquiries about the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub. When you contact us via email or web form, we record your name and email address along with the details of your request or report, so that we can respond to you. We may share these details with HEE and NHS staff who can help respond to your enquiry but we will not share outside the NHS. We routinely delete personal data relating to completed enquiries or can delete your details at any time on request.
