When should I suppress e-journal packages from INCDocs?

New functionality has been added to allow packages in your HLM to be hidden from INCDocs. This helps support appropriate use of licenced materials. Packages that are hidden from INCDocs will still be used by other LibKey products such as LibKey Discovery and LibKey Link so there will be no impact on your users' access.

When might a package need to be suppressed?

Token access collections. A library buys a quantity of tokens to an e-journal package, to allow x article downloads each year. These are normally reserved for their own users.
Licensing prevents the use of journals in a package from being used for document supply.
